He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moore and Mae Moore (Stewart). He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Moore (Knapp); his children, Pete, Renea Moore of Erie, Brenda Moore Pickett of Flint and Jennifer Moore of Erie; and his siblings, Irvin Moore, Sr. of Titusville, Christine Vargason (Delbert) of Centerville, Mae Miller of Hanover and Florine Hinspeter of Girard. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
