With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Cooper Milligan of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aykroyd Lee and Anna Lee; her husband Harold; and her siblings, Evelyn, Donald, Norman, James and Wilbert Lee.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Hunter Nicolls; her children, Norman (Robin) of South Carolina, Carol Nagle (Doug) of Florida and Connie Britton of Millcreek; her grandchildren, Heather Nicolls, Buck, Joe, Jeff Nagle, Sarah Bates, Kristi Altstock and Kelli Cooper; and her friend June Jansen.
The family wishes to have any memorial donations sent to the Shriners Hospitals for Children-Erie or UPMC Hospice.
