It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Kay Pierce of Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kenneth and Florence Margaret Hyatt (Heberling); her husband Charles H. Pierce; and her sisters, Virginia, Vivian and Doris Hyatt.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Kay Baker (Neil) of West Columbia, SC and Charles W. Pierce (Cheryl) of Erie; her grandchildren, Cornelius J. Baker III (Angi), David Baker (Jackie), Matthew Baker (Pamela), Christopher Baker (Laura), Rebecca Dunn (Austin), Caitlyn Sayers (Ian), Benjamin Pierce and Theodore Pierce; and her great grandchildren, Anna Kay Baker and Caroline Isla Baker.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 2615 W 32nd St. Erie, PA 16506.
