With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pierre John Toran Sr. of Erie, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2022 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his children, Darrell Manus, Dacha Toran, Pierre Toran Jr., Shayla Goudy, Malauna Tate and Brandon Williams.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Eugene William Toran and Lettie Bridgett Toran; his siblings, Denise Gould (Frederick Gould), Eugene Toran Jr., Malcolm Toran and Serwaa Toran; and his close friend Gail Hamilton. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
