He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Deemer (Foy) of Erie; his children, Gregory Deemer (Christina) of Erie, Kimberly Apel (Eric) of Aberdeen, N. J. and Eric Deemer (Dawn) of West LaFayette, Ind.; his grandchildren, Sarah, Abigail Deemer, David, Darren Hurst, Ellen, Kevin Deemer, Brady, Connor and Chase Apel; his sister-in-law Maxine Woods; and his pet Sadie Mae.
