She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Chrapowicz and Constance Dombkowski (Gorney); and her son Jeffrey Chadwick. She is survived by: her stepfather Robert Dombkowski; her siblings, Janet Chrapowicz, Richard Chrapowicz, Renee, Mark Chrapowicz (Lisa) and Linda Chadwick; and her siblings' children, Danielle, Sarah, Joseph, Nicole, Robert, Erica, Andie, Carson, Michael and Heather.
