He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fugagli and Mary Fugagli (Ross); and his pets, Duchess and Harry. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fugagli (Palmer); his children, Brenda Anderson (Tom) of Dallas, TX, Richard Fugagli II of Salem, SC and Kenneth Fugagli (Tracey) of Erie; his grandchildren, Samantha, Kenny, Michelle, Joe, Erin, Taylor, Caitlin, Matthew and Sarah; and his siblings, William Fugagli (Kay), Michael Picuri, Charlie Brown, Diane Witherow, Jane Sadowski, Judith Fugagli and Lena Burkholder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
