He is survived by: his son Thomas Mitchell of Arlington, VA; his daughter-in-law Diana Mitchell (late John) of Union City; his grandsons, Steven Mitchell of South Bennd, IN, Eric Scott Mitchell (Heather) of Charlottesville, VA and Darren Mitchell (Elizabeth) of Cincinnati, OH; and his great grandchildren, Livia, Max of Charlottesville, VA, Abigail and Joshua of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
