He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mitulski and Irene Mitulski (Michalak); and his brother Dennis Mitulski. He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Szuchmanski; and his nephews, Shawn Mitulski (Jennifer) of Thibodaux and Dean Mitulski (Tasha) of Elgin.
