He is survived by: his wife Jean Henriksen Wlodarczyk; his stepson Stan Zlotkowski III; his siblings, Joel Wlodarczyk (Chris) and Kathy Albert (Leroy); and his sisters-in-law, Janice Lindenberger (John) and Judy Fleming. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
