She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Phillips and Katherine Phillips (Klang); and her siblings, Richard Phillips, Robert Phillips, William Phillips and Mary Ann Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wolf (Maureen), George Wolf (Janet), Linda Farley (Gene) and David Wolf; and her sister Pat Brown. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
