It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sallie Kathryn Carneval (Erie, Pennsylvania), born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Hegerty Foley and Thomas Mooney; and her stepfather Mack Foley. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Daniel Carneval; her children, Timothy, William, Patricia (Brian), Daniel P. (Michelle) and Kathleen Elson (Thomas); her grandchildren, Christopher, Sarah, Lyndsey, Todd, Diane, Luke, Blake, Craig and Matt; her great grandchildren, Ava, Ben and Maverick; and her brother Thomas Mooney of Warren, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
