She was predeceased by: her brother Richard T. Bly Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Aric Michalczik of Erie and Sean Michalczik of Erie; her siblings, Karen Urraro (Charles), Cindy Pacileo (John) and Tom C. Bly (Peggy) of Erie; and her boyfriend Ed McCormick.
