It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Shreeve Pickens (Erie, Pennsylvania), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Shreve and Frances Shreve (Webber); her husband Charles L. Pickens; her stepson Gregory Pickens; her brother-in-law James P. Welch; and her nephew James F. Welch.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Martha Gusky (Tom); her sister Linda Welch; her stepgrandchildren, Charles Pickens III (Sarah) and Julie Pickens (Yi Hu); her sibling's children, Franny Sue Welch, Kristia Shearer (Elmer) and Quinn Shreve (Neila Wahlberg); her great-nieces, Lydia Welch and Katrina Shearer; her great-nephew Devon McAlpine (Leann); and her pets, Charlie and Lucky. She is also survived by three step great grandchildren.
