With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Stanley Scepura of Erie, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Stanley left this world on October 31, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Scepura and Marian Scepura (Pribula). He is survived by: his wife Sara Scepura (Calabrese); his children, Christine Hunkele (Richard) of Erie, John Scepura (Diane) of Erie, Mary Lou Campbell (Christopher) of Erie and Julie Space (Michael) of Erie; his grandchildren, Rebecca Housholder, Melissa Rupp, Heather Spaulding, Ashley Showers, Johnny Scepura, Christopher Campbell, Katie Walker, Kelsey Mack, Sarah Pettys, Samantha Wilcox and Victoria Space; and his brothers, Richard of Erie and Ronald Scepura of Erie. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory (1595 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16508). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Church (2401 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16506).
