She was predeceased by: her parents, William Banister and Ruth Elliot Banister; her husband Richard "Dick" Auer; and her siblings, Jean Banister, Marian Vanco, Dorothy Paszko, Ruth Banister, Raymond, Robert "Hank", William and James Banister.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Young (Robert) of Harborcreek, David Auer (Sandra) of Pickerington, OH and James Auer of Erie; her grandchildren, Robert F. Young (Jennifer), Bryan Young (Jessica), Krystyna Auer and Erich Auer; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Alexander, Rose and Jack Young; her stepgreat-grandsons, Caleb and Joshua Sidun; and her brothers, Jack Banister (Rose) of Millcreek and Thomas Banister (Meredith) of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
