He is survived by: his parents, Robert Hess and Beverly H. Callihan Hess; and his brothers, Robert C. Hess, Jr. (Karen), Terry Hess (Linda), Gregory Hess (Beth Ann Molder) and Rick Hess (Molly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
