She is survived by: her husband James Horvat; her children, Kristen Matthews (Robert) of Chicago and Bryan Horvat of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Paisley and Maverick; her siblings, Philip Wroblewski (Maria) of Clymer, NY, Leonard Wroblewski (Michelle) of Clymer, NY, Sandra Shouse (Tom) of Clymer, NY, Christine Spare (Michael Wau), Cynthia Van Slyke (Tim) of Cassadaga, NY, Jennette Snippert (David) of Erie, Elizabeth Coleman (John) of Erie, Victoria Murray of Troy, IL, Amy Holdnack of Buffalo and Katherine Wroblewski of Erie; and her brother-in-law Jeff Carpenter.
