She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Zatynski and Kathryn Zatynski (Guagliaudi); and her brother Frank Zatynski. She is survived by: her husband John E. "Buddy" Chaplain; her children, Jessica, Jason and Scott Chaplain; her grandchildren, Kane, Cianna and Jenna; and her siblings, Rich Zatynski, Joe Zatynski (Ellen) and Mary Ann Kuzmak.
