She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Percival and Catherine LaVisa Percival (McFall); her husband Andrew J. Bliss, Sr.; her children, Penelope "Penny" Watkins and Andrew "Andy" J. Bliss, Jr.; and her grandson Timothy "Timmy" Bliss.
She is survived by: her daughter Dedra L. Shay (Kenneth) of Waterford; and her sister Jeanice Mullen of Salina, KS. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
