(Rice) Clark of Etters, Pennsylvania, born in Penns Grove, New Jersey, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas and Justine Rice (Megill); her husband Richard B. Clark; and her children, Joann Schmincke and Richard Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Wasylkiw of Brandon, FL, Kimberly Clark of Etters, Sharon Rilling of Newport and James Clark of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Francis, Sean Schmincke, Scott, Richard Bruce, Danielle Ignazzitto, Beth Auman, Eric Thumma, Lee-Ann, Gary Rilling, Christine, John and Alison Wasylkiw; her great grandchildren, Kaliana, Keira, Kameron, Liam, Tierani, Sean Jr., Lailah, Rosalie, Clementine, Alexa and Theo; and her siblings, Charmaine Lutz (Nicky), Sue Ryan (Leo), Thomas Rice, Kathy Howell (Jack), Charlie Rice and Jackie Rice. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Justina's graveside service and celebration of life will be postponed until social distancing restrictions are lifted.
