He was predeceased by : his parents, W. Ray Turner and Eleanor Thompson Turner; his wife Grace L. Hartman Turner; and his son Rick. He is survived by : his son Ray Turner (Dawn) of Evans City; his granddaughter Bethany Dommert (Jimmy); and his sisters, Eileen James (Nelson) of Renfrew and Phyllis Bacon of Canada.
