With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene P. Neibar of Evans City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Santypal and Ina Burr Santypal; and her siblings, John Santypal, Velma Santypal and Mary Reinhart.

She is survived by: her husband Clark Neibar; her children, Tony Neibar (Melissa) of Freeport and Kimberly Dittmer (Douglas) of Butler; her grandchildren, Johnathan Dittmer, Steven Dittmer and Ashtyn Neibar; and her great grandchild Jacksan Dittmer. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
