She is survived by : her mother Margaret Demertz Rice; her husband Timothy Milligan; her children, Sean Milligan (Gina), Jamie Milligan (Lisa) and Tracie Milligan; her granddaughter Savannah Milligan; her siblings, Cynthia Moncrief (Bill), Peggy Panko (Walt), Colleen Bermudez (Fred) and Brian Rice (Ann); and her brother-in-law Dave Dindinger.
