She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Parsons and Bessie Stiffey Parsons; her husband Harry E. Shisler; her grandson Michael; her granddaughter-in-law Abby Evans; and her siblings, Clair Parsons, Richard Parsons, Margaret "Cecil" Hufnagel, Isabelle "Bo" Foster, Betty Reedy, Jean Eberle and Gladys Parsons.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Purvis of Evans City, Sue Evans (David) of Evans City and Jay Shisler (Judy) of Zelienople; her grandchildren, Benjamin Purvis, Katie Purvis, Zachary Purvis (Ashley) and Jay Evans (Wendy); and her great grandchildren, Emily, Ian, Olivia, Gabriel Evans, Mason, Caleb, Isaac and Kyle Purvis.
