She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark H. Bulger and Martha B. Bulger (Sell); and her spouse Caryl "Sy" Ritchey. She is survived by: her sister Leone Zimmerman of Woodbury; her sister-in-law Rosalind Bulger of Martinsburg; her children, Randall H. Ritchey (Colleen) of Bedford and Candace Ann Meek (James) of Des Moines, IA; her grandsons, Aaron Ritchey (Deanna) of Everett and Adam Ritchey (Katie) of Bedford; and her great grandchildren, Madeline and Olivia.
