Summerville (Adrienne) and Kelly A. Lavadie (Ray); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Kayla, Anthony, Joseph and Steven. She is also survived by her friends, her children, and her grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Beverly may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
