He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ray and Ura F Bowman (Means); his wife Regina Arlene Bowman (Mearkle); his son Larry B. Bowman; his daughters-in-law, Mary Bowman (Rogers) and Elizabeth Bowman (Shiflett); and his siblings, Floyd Bowman, Kenneth Bowman, Vera Cunard, Mildred Beegle, Ronnie Bowman, Ethel Ritchey, Arlene Goad and Phoebe Husfelt.
He is survived by: his son Gregory L. Bowman of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his grandchildren, Stacey Whitmer, Scott Bowman, Sonya Sanders, Sean Bowman, Josie Gargerty and Tyler Bowman; his great grandchildren, Shane Whitmer, Shelby Whitmer, Patrick Leon and Brayton Bowman; and his brother Gerald Bowman (Mary Lou).
