She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon E. Clark and Ruth Clark (Fetters); and her husband Roy C. Smeltzer. She is survived by: her children, Margarett E. Livingston (Ray), Susan N. Bender (late Stacey), Roy V. Smeltzer (Cyndi) and Linda K. Klotz (Dallas). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
