It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Brant (Everett, Pennsylvania), born in Painesville, Ohio, who passed away on September 8, 2019, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Iline Virginia Costal (Harding) of Everett and Joseph James Costal; and her daughter Tabitha Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Miller and Christina Miller; her fiancé Jeffrey L. Fluke; and her siblings, Joseph Costal, Diane Turner, Donna Reich and Laura Turner. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild.
