He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold K. Rush, Sr. and Rose Marie Rush (Brandt); his sisters, Sylvia Maust and Linda Bloom; his siblings-in-law, Robert Bloom, Roger Tew and Regina Rush; his nephew Harold Rush; and his stepson Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Rush (Padgett); his children, Donna Jean, Donald, Patsy and Ronald; and also, Mitchell, Robert and Kirk. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren and eleven step great grandchildren; siblings.
