It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Duane Swindell of Everett, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Swindell and Mary Swindell (Miller); and his siblings, Elza, Mildred, Dick, Evelyn, Earl, Merle, Melvin, Edna and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys L. Swindell (Freeman); his daughters, Sheila Swindell of York, PA and Brenda Shema (Rob) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Emily Wenger, Lindsey Shema and Taylor Shema; and his brother Robert "Bob" Swindell of Everett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
We ask that those in attendance would follow CDC guidelines by wearing a mask and following social distancing.
