He was predeceased by: his parent Paul C. Smith. He is survived by: his parent Thelma M. Smith (Norris); his siblings, Michael P. Smith (Jean Smith) of Everett, Paula M. Morris of Bedford and Yvonne J. Price (Todd Price) of Everett; and his stepsister Patricia Calhoun of Shellsburg. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
