She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin E. Barnett and Ella Jane Barnett (Sparks); her husband Jack S. Barney; and her brothers, Franklin E. Barnett, Jr. and James Barnett.
She is survived by: her children, Jill A. Barney and Jere W. Barney.
Funeral Service will be held due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
