He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse H. Clapper and Mary Elizabeth Clapper (Hoover); his brother Charles Clapper; and his sister-in-law Karen Clapper. He is survived by: his spouse Susan Clapper (Hobernicht); and his sister-in-law Robin Clapper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and his furry companion.
