He is survived by: his wife Mary Imogene; his children, Glenn R. Campbell and Meredith D. Campbell Miller; his son-in-law William J. Miller; his grandchildren, Cory, Courtney, Cody, Timothy Jr. and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Cecelia and Joel; and also Tim Everhart of Altoona.
