She is survived by: her parent Dollie O'Neal (Garlick); her spouse Robert D. Simmons; her children, Linda A. Ritchey, Robert K. Simmons, Debbie J, Duyane Williams, Clinton D. Simmons (Linda Bauer), Leslie J and Roy Miller; her grandchildren, Christina Clark, Michelle Miller, Jennifer Gianato, Kenton Simmons, Christopher Hagmaier and Melinda Miller; her great grandchildren, Harley Clark, Dylan Clark, Timothy Clark, Kyle Miller, Ashley Miller, Lorelai Hagmaier, Madelyn Hagmaier, Olivia Hagmaier, Gabriel Simmons and Adley Simmons; and her brother Clinton O'Neal.
