He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Dean Barber and G. Lucile Barber (Foor) of Everett. He is survived by: his wife Donna Barber (Hood); his children, Adam (Julie Chapman) of Philadelphia and Kate of Chesapeake; and his brother Rodney (Karen). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, his nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
