It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Border of Everett, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 72, on October 15, 2020. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert Border and Donald Border; and his father Kevin Border. He is survived by: Dona Helsel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, especially 2 special nephews.
Due to Covid-19 there will be NO VISITATION or FUNERAL at this time.
