He is survived by: his spouse Connie Mellott; his children, Jacalyn (William Oravec, Jr.) of Central City and Richard Todd Miller of Everett; his grandchildren, Matthew Oravec (Erica) of Ramstein, Germany, Bradley Oravec (Dana) of LaVale, Maryland, Kristen Oravec of Central City, Steven of Everett, Andrew of Everett and Alicia Miller of Everett; and his siblings, Virginia Carlson of Bedford, Joseph "Doc" Miller of Carlisle, Alice Burtnett of Everett, Thomas Miller of Manns Choice and Patricia Diehl of Manns Choice.
