He was predeceased by: his parent Alva H. Burt; and his sisters, Beverly Manau, Marlene DeVore and Joan Henry. He is survived by: his parent Alice Burt (Hangaard); his spouse Bonnie L. Burt (Booth); his children, Karen, Shawn of Everett, PA, David H. and Cheryl (Ebersole); and his grandchildren, Rachelle (Ritchey), Darin Reasy, Sarah Ritchey, Michael Burt, Matthew Burt, Jessica, Melissa and Juliette Ritchey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
