He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon C. Bollman and Lois Jean Bollman (Klotz). He is survived by: his wife Theresa A. Bollman (Sipes); and his grandchildren, Maria and Allie. He is also survived by his wife, he is survived by children.

Everett Area Honor Guard will hold military honors at 11:00 A.M. If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Roy to the Akers Funeral Home, Inc, 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA 15537 to assist with expenses.
