He is survived by: his children, Tacy Munera (Andrew), Mindy (Eric Pedicord), Wayne Clark (Cassie) and Courtney Crabtree; his daughter-in-law Amanda Clark; his siblings, Lynn R. Clark (Nancy), Debra K. Hughes (Luke), Clarence D. Clark (Cathy), Joseph D. Clark (Barbara) and Jeffrey L. Clark (Karen); and his sisters-in-law, Jody Clark and Marian Clark. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
