He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert S. Noel and Elsie M. Noel (Bagley); and his wife Mary Marie Noel (Young). He is survived by: his daughters, Maryann Marie Laney (Noel) and Linda Marie Noel (Terry Bruggeman, Jr.) of Bedford, Two; his grandsons, Matthew Laney and Jacob Bruggeman; his siblings, Betty Bagley of Erie and Henry "Jim" Noel of Bedford; and his son-in-law Larry Laney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
