He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Baughman; his daughter Lori Tepke; and his siblings, Velva Clark, Hyacinth Mozden, Sara Foor, Yvonne Cornell, Donna Clark, Dorothy "Patty" Robinette, Junior, Sandy, Rex and Dallas.
He is survived by: his parent Zelma Baughman (Sprowl); his children, Barry W. Baughman and Tracy B.; his spouse Lee Lowery of Everett; his siblings, Vesta Foor (late Albert), Joyce Diehl and Ronald Baughman; and also Delores. He is also survived by two grandsons; two great granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Everett Church of the Brethren in memory of Wayne.
