He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alberta Louise "Granny" Ludwick and John; his daughter Misty Bush (Lewis); and his stepson Seth Marlin. He is survived by: his spouse Jamie L. Lewis (Donelson); his children, Makeisha Lewis, Amanda Lewis (Justin Bowers), William "Will" Lewis III (Alissa) and John Lewis of Everett; and his stepson Shad Donelson. He is also survived by numerous brothers, sisters and grandchildren.
