She is survived by: her parent Edna Cook (Miller); her spouses, Harry Clyde Shaffer and Maynard Claycomb of Volant; and also, Daughter, Edna Mae (Gary Wissinger), Son, Harry Robert (Linda), Alum Bank, Vivette Oaks of Florida, Brother, William Cook of Johnstown and Roberta Jean Riffle. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
