He was predeceased by : his parents, William Bench and Barbara Bench (Ruffner). He is survived by : his partner Sandy Russell of Huntington, WV.; his siblings, Billie Joe Donaldson of West Newton, Gail Diana-Hassenger (Ed) of Marshall, MI and Barry Bench (Susan) of Orlando, FL.; his mother-in-law Iva Sullivan; and his pet Lilly.
