He was predeceased by : his parents, John A. Kohosek and Mary Margaret Kohosek (Kuznik); his sister Betty Marsiglio; his brother-in-law Don Marsiglio; and his nephew Dan Marsiglio.

He is survived by : his siblings, Thresa Seighman (Terry), Marian Rudolph and Jim Kohosek (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, 2 aunts and many cousins.
