She was predeceased by : her husband Paul Burnett; her parents, Joseph Wilk and Helen Voinski Wilk; and her siblings, Ambrose Wilk, Nina Budwell and Florence Prota.
She is survived by : her daughter Paula; her son-in-law Michael Monahan of Webster, NY; her grandchildren, Megan (Michael Smith), Theresa Monahan and Patrick Monahan; and her brother Jim Wilk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
